CRIME FILM REVIEW GUIDELINES

  • Team: A Team can have a maximum of 3 members. You may also register with one or two members as well.

  • Allotment: Each registered team will be assigned a specific crime film along with a thematic prompt or literary lens by the jury for review.

  • Analysis: The review must feature a detailed analysis of the film's plot, characters, and dialogue specifically through the lens of the assigned theme. Analysis must draw parallels between the film's content and relevant scientific knowledge or documented real-life incidents.

  • Evaluation Criteria: Special weightage will be given to novel interpretations and the depth of scientific/real-life integration.

  • Selection Process: The selection of presenters for the final day will involve two rounds of evaluation by the jury.

  • Final Presentation: Selected teams will deliver their final reviews directly to the audience on the day of the event.

  • Prize Money: Top-performing teams will receive cash prizes worth Rs. 50,000 on stage. The team members will also receive trophies and certificates.

The detailed guidelines will be communicated once after registration.
